Allergen Information
Your safety matters to us. Our kitchens handle all 14 major allergens, including cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soya, milk, tree nuts, celery, mustard, sesame, sulphites, lupin and molluscs. Many of our ingredients come from suppliers whose production facilities also handle these allergens, so trace amounts may be present even where they are not listed as an ingredient.

While we follow strict procedures to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any dish is 100% allergen-free. Dishes marked Vegan, Vegetarian or Gluten Free are made without those ingredients but are prepared in the same kitchen.
